Homemade Comfort Food Tonight!!

Pssst…major yumminess happening right here tonight! We are following Martha Stewart’s Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy atop buttered egg noodles; a little Grilled Zucchini & Mushrooms (we pan seared) complete with a healthy serving of the plumpest grapes I’ve ever seen! The salisbury steak was rich and so soft and moist when you get a bite – I loved the mixture with the noodle; the starch kind of counter acted the richness of the steak. Gravy was out of this world good (would consider using it the next time I make mashed potatoes.) Veggies were so delightful with the herbs and a nice texture. Topped off with a little bit of nature’s candy, the meal was fantastic.

Veggie heaven – these were so incredibly good! (And notice the ‘pop tabs’ in the upper right – we take ours to the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville – who were literal lifesavers during our time with Rhys.)
